Rude attorney. Started the process for filing bankruptcy in January 2022, still not filed as of July 2023. No communication at all unless we called and threatened small claims court. We paid in full November 2022. Took required courses in December 2022. Paid court filing fee December 2022. July 2023 I had to call and threaten small claims court action just to hear back from someone. Our claim is still not filed as of today.
