Avoid at all costs. A deplorable experience from start to finish. The lack of professionalism is incredible, and customer respect is completely nonexistent. The manager doesn't seem to know how to manage either her staff or her store. The most frustrating thing is that, in addition to their mistakes, they are incapable of taking responsibility for them. There's no respect for schedules: I had to go out twice to pick up a single order for 30 people, and in total, I waited over 4 hours! And that's not all: a large portion of the dishes were dirty (photos provided), which is unacceptable. I was able to receive the rest of my order the next day after several hours of waiting (the manager rented equipment from a reputable competitor so I could complete my order). I clearly should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Reading the comments today, I realize I'm not alone: many customers share the same experience. I strongly recommend that the manager reexamine her approach to running this business, and perhaps seek help to learn how to run a business properly. In conclusion: avoid.

Definitely to be avoided! Bad experience and super disappointed in the staff, they don't take their job seriously and show no respect at all. The organization is in complete chaos. They forget deliveries so they don't take their work seriously at all. Highly recommended! There are certainly plenty of people who can do their job properly in this domain.
