We are enjoying not paying electric bills only a month after installing solar! Chet Dube was great - he walked us through the process and there are a lot of options to consider. The installation teams were also wonderful. It was a good investment for our home as well as for the future of the planet.
We recently had solar panels installed by Beacon and were very satisfied with the process. Our salesperson, Michael Goulart was informative and patient as he led my husband and I through the process. He always answered texts or phone calls in a timely fashion and always ended each communication by saying to contact him whenever we had questions no matter how trivial. Everyone we met from Beacon, from the young man who did the initial survey to the installers, were professional and informative. We would highly recommend Mike and all of the Beacon staff to anyone contemplating a switch to solar.
Albert, our salesman was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, answered all my questions. (We knew nothing about Solar)He took my phone calls, texts and emails immediately, he is extremely professional! His installation team was excellent, on time and very clean! I had 3 competitive quotes for a new solar installation and chose Beacon Solar over the other two, not because they were the cheapest but because they had the best offer for me. Besides an extended warranty they were explaining possible tax incentives and helped me with getting all the paperwork in place to complete the project. The project completed relatively fast considering we are dealing with permits and project approvals from the Town and the Utility Company. The solar panels used surprised me a lot as I had considered solar before and have "played" around with some small solar panels and knew they are not always working as you would like them to, but the panels installed even produce energy when the sky is cloudy and possibly during not too heavy rain storms as well. Still figuring all out but after almost a full month on solar in the Winter I am looking forward to the savings to come.
Worked with Mike Goulart to get a solar system installed at my house. The entire process was straight forward, and well explained from the beginning. Promises of delivery times were kept, and the installation was quick. When schedules did conflict, Mike was very accommodating. Already recommended to a friend.
