BBC Earth Experience

If you loved David Attenborough’s Seven Worlds one Planet then you will enjoy this with supersize screens and surround sound. Many people sit down in the big open area as you go in but the best way to enjoy this is to move around the various areas, pausing when you like to stand or sit and view the different screens for as long as you like and there is also a gallery to look down from at all the screens and close ups. Also don’t forget to go the three smaller Micro Life, Water Life and Creepy Crawly zones

Was amazed from the moment we walked in, a thrilling way to watch snip bits from around the world. Comfortable seating is first come first served but a continuous rotation if you are patient, my partner and I sat happily on the floor looking around us in awe. Lovely experience really enjoyed it and would recommend to everyone. Not really suitable if you have photosensitive epilepsy

My girlfriend took me to this as I love the BBC Blue Planet shows and nature documentaries. It blew us away. The screen set-up was beautiful. We sat on the floor and watched the whole show. It was amazing. The visuals were such high quality and so vibrant and full of colour. It was unlike anything I had seen in person before. It was such a fun and interesting experience. We watched the full show and then went through all of the side rooms. It was such a fun experience. Definitely will be going again next time.

I loooved the BBC earth experience- as it is a special interest of mine. It was such a fun thing to do on a day out, we walked around twice so saw the loop about twice. It was nicely presented. Was it worth the money ? Not really imo, it was a bit much for what it actually is. I wouldn’t bother unless you really enjoy / interested in this sort of thing.

Beautiful pictures of the world nature. Great fir all years, plenty of space to move around or just sit and enjoy being enveloped by pictures, music and commentaries from a variety of points.

Day out with Dad and Daughter. Several large screens showing clips of plant earth bbc series. Seating available, bean bags and benches. If you like the TV series you will love this.

It was a nice activity.

I personally believe it is a waste of money, social media hyped the place a bit too much.

Great for the kids, got a little crowded so go early.

An amazing and relaxing experience

Absolutely wonderful, hugely enjoyed this experience. Loads of amazing screens and something really different to do. Absolutely loved it!

Very busy so had to sit on the floor instead of a beanbag, cool idea but could have had way more seating due to capacity of people in the building. Very cool, worth it if you can get a discount.

Our expectation was to ‘visit’ each continent in separate rooms and feel that you were actually there, however this was like watching a couple of episodes of Planet Earth at home, albeit on a number of screens. The duration of the visual ‘tour’ is about an hour, but be warned that finding seating can be difficult. Large bean bags are scattered around the floor and other seating is very limited. You enter a darkened room and there are a vast number of screens placed throughout. The pictures on each screen shuffle at different times which we found to be quite distracting. When we visited there were mostly families with children under 5. The children appeared to be happier running around playing in the dark which I can understand as many probably had got bored, but for us it was like being in a crèche. Sadly - my advise would be to save your money.
