I’ve worked at many different companies in sales and Bayway by far is the best place I’ve ever had the opportunity to call home. The staff is excellent and we are treated like family. We offer very competitive pricing and strive for service excellence.
Jay the salesman lacked communication skills along with trying to con his way into getting me into one of their lenders instead of using my own, which then lead to them not wanting to close a deal because “it affects how they are paid”. A purchase is a purchase, plain and simple, i don’t care how staff there is paid. The manager Paul refused to work with an outside lender and canceled our reserved deal that we had $300 on. He went to refund the amount and “accidentally” charged an additional $300 putting me out of $600 total with no deal or vehicle. Jay and Paul, shouldn’t be anywhere in the car sales business. And they should brush their horrible teeth.
Took my truck to have the airbag recall done. In and out promptly. Service department was very knowledgeable and no waiting around. Good job Bayway.
Unbeatable service! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced TRUE customer service but Bayway Chevrolet reminded me that honest salesmanship still exist. Raquel and Trice made my entire buying experience smooth. I felt like they really listened and did their best to deliver. Definitely 10/10 recommend 👌🏾
