My 7-year-old had a toothache, and a friend recommended Bayview to me. I called them, and they fit me in the next day. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dental Assistant Kayla was great with my son. She explained everything in detail. Her kind and friendly attitude allowed my son to feel comfortable with her. My son giggled and smiled throughout the entire process.
Bayview is a special place. My children love going to the dentist and enjoy their visits here. The entire staff is kind and patient and help my kids who have a strong gag reflex. The office is gorgeous with iPads and a play light house in the waiting room which keeps the kids entertained while they wait.
We started our kiddo at 1yr and he came back for his 2nd visit today. He loves the welcoming lobby with a great waiting area for the kids. They have a fish tank, light house play structure and comfortable seats for the adults. Experience with the dentist is great. Our LO is nicer to the dentist than to us!
Found this little gem through review forums and I must say, it has lived up to the hype. My boy has enjoyed visiting the dentist ever since the first visit. The staff goes above and beyond explaining any situation in layman's terms, even to the kids, and make them feel comfortable. The office is immaculately kept and attractive, catering to kids with toys and tablets so they can get entertained until ready to be seen. I am looking forward to continuing to develop a dental relationship with the wonderful staff at Bayview.
I have two kids who has been coming here since they were 2, one is six an the other is Three, Where should I start, this Pediatric office is the best, I love how nice the receptionist is when you walk in the door, to the assistant who helps the dentist. Now let me start with the Dentist Dr. Houten She is so sweet and patient with the kids she's very attentive to the kids. She has always let me know what was going on an how things would be up front, no sugar coating things, an I like that. My Children will definitely continue to come here, I Do recommend you come here, if I could give more stars I would.
