WARNING Bay side Pool Shop POSTING Insincerity as a customer interaction skill is demonstrated on a regular basis as well as overselling chemicals for bigger & better profit. Frequently advertised staff turnover speaks volumes, bad business practices not appreciating Employees. Research the company from independent resources before taking up a position
Great service and help from the friendly female staff. 2 other pool shops in the surrounding area couldn't help, didn't have parts available for my pool cleaner they couldn't even identify the pool cleaner but Shae immediately knew what the brand was and found the part that I needed. Good service wins customers.
Always very helpful and eager to please. Good advice and fast service Steve and his wife and staff have helped us with our pool for nearly 15 years now.
I went into this store feeling slightly detected as I was told I probably needed another robotic cleaner. I can’t thank the ladies enough and saving me nearly $1800 for the cost of a new one, with their patience, time and problem solving skills. Nothing wrong with the robot, just my power source. I have owned a pool for the better part of 2 two decades now and the whole time, Steve and Jenni's staff have been invaluable in helping a busy mum take the stress and complication out of owning a pool. They are always honest and upfront with me about what I really need in my pool. And I am pleasantly surprised by the lovely homewares they have too. Not just your typical pool shop. I will continue to give this local shop my business.
