The personalised attention from Tyson was amazing. Great information and his clear passion for skating that gave me 100% confidence that I was making great decisions regarding sizing etc. I will be back when it’s time for “more serious” skates.

Probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had due to Billy’s lovely customer service, both in store and communicating via email. Refreshing to see how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were. Extremely accomodating, patient and helpful, made my whole experience shopping at Bayside Blades incredible despite the confusion with sizing, I can’t wait to come back to buy some more gear. Matt is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I ordered new impala light up skates via the website. I originally ordered the skates in white. Matt called me shortly after placing my order to inform me there was an ordering error as the skates were not available in that colour in the size I needed. He then went to offer me other colours. Now originally I wanted the aqua impalas, but didn’t want the hassle of changing the wheels myself. So when Matt apologetically offered me the aqua colour I jumped at the opportunity. He offered to put the light up wheels on for me and then proceeded to give me the option of pink or blue wheels. He offered his advice that the pink would better suit the accents of the aqua skate. He got them built out and shipped to me within two days. Matt was absolutely so lovely to deal with and kept apologizing for the mix up even tho I told him this better suits me! It honestly made my day. Thank you Matt!!
