Bed was pretty comfortable, other than that, when we got to our room,we could barely open the door, the toilet was NOT flushed, a bag of chips on chair, and trash everywhere, room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes, the entire hotel did and the bathroom light did not even work. The elavator sounded really broken, me and my family did not feel safe here. I do not recommend.

Worst hotel ever. Checked in. First room someone was in it. 2nd room was filthy. Cigarette ashes every where. Covers dirty. Toilet nasty. Bathtub disgusting. 3rd room was dirty too. Wanted a refund at that point but I was told I couldn't get one. So I got what was supposed to be clean covers and pillow cases but they were dirty too. Didn't sleep at all. Wish I could post pictures but it won't let me because it'll all speak for itself.
Stayed here overnight to drop off at the airport. The guy working the front desk was very nice and did get us anything we needed. When we got in the room, we immediately had to turn the AC on because it smelled like cigarettes. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. The smoke detector was non-existent because it looked like someone ripped it out of the wall. The door from the inside was spackled to hell and back. I didn't see any bugs in my room and the beds were comfortable, at least. I walked outside to get something out of my car and saw a very pregnant girl sitting on the ground by her room taking a hit off a blunt. It's in a sketchy area, but I've lived in worse, so I personally didn't feel unsafe, but I can see how anyone would feel uneasy. There were some loud kids at one point outside the door, but after that, we didn't hear anything else for the rest of the night and no one bothered us. It is cheap, but go with something better if you can.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, I called ahead and asked for early check in and an inside access room, they had a room ready for me by 12pm instead of the 3pm norm. Very close to the interstate ramp, and tons of shops and food. We didn’t leave the room except for to go to my husbands basketball game and to go get dinner, there were lots of people walking around the neighborhood area that the hotel is in but there are lots of hotels and restaurants within walking distance so maybe that’s why, or maybe they live close or at one of the hotels, regardless, we were happy with our stay. Only negatives were we couldnt shut the curtains so the bright lights for the parking lot shines in the room all night and we got ants in our car, but that’s our fault for parking under a tree and up next to the hedges.
This place has so much potential to be phenomenal. The lobby is clean and furnished nice, it is affordable and fairly easy to get to where you want to go, pet friendly, good wifi, and the rooms have comfy beds. That said, if you aren't accustomed to nicer places in an inner city this is not your vibe. But, I won't stay again because the cigarette smoke smell seems to be prevalent in most of the rooms. Other reviews noted the same thing and several folks were complaining at the front desk at times that I was passing through the lobby.
