Random walk in to this place to get stuff for our HIP and indeed very very glad to have met Mr Wilbert who is very knowledgeable and very helpful especially to accommodate to our ad hoc changes and request. Steven is really steady and extremely helpful. We bought many things from bathzone. Super good after service. Even at public holiday (Good Friday) night time, I call him to ask something and he will call me back to explain. When I need a plumber, he helps me to arrange. He's really the boss! 😎 Anyone that wants to get toilet bowls, bathroom fittings, go and find him. You won't regret. High quality service and highly recommended.

It started out well, service was decent and they served us well. We had bought an item there, but went came time to pay they rejected our credit card and say cash or nets only. I was stunned as they sell items that could add up to thousands, bathroom showers, lights the lot like every store on the street. I asked 3 times if they accepted credit cards, she said only cash or nets. I wasnt upset to start, it was only after I paid I said I probably won't buy the lights I had my eyes on as every shop on the street sells for a similar price and they Dont take credit cards. Then she quickly said. We do take CC. Only above a certain amount. Telling me the store policy is fine, keeping information to force a specific action is not. I was outraged as I asked her 3 times and she hid it from me. I could have bundled my purchases togther in the shop to pay by card. But guess she made her bed, keeping information from me. I leave with my purchase with a bitter aftertaste on the dishonesty earlier.
