A very unusual experience in a Bata showroom. I visited this place on a Sunday and it was in complete chaos. It looked as if a storm went through it. Footwear was lying everywhere on the floor, with no one bothering to rearrange it. The store was hugely understaffed! With only 3 people to do everything, it was a huge ask to even get what you wanted. The available of variety and different size was also very poor. This was not an experience we were looking forward to!
Very disappointing experience. I will never visit this store again. The lady staff was extremely rude we entered along with another customer, but she let them in and told us they were closed. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior! I strongly suggest avoiding this store and visiting any other place instead.
My Experience at the Bata Showroom I recently visited a Bata showroom, and it was a pleasant experience. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a clean and well-organized space. The shoes were neatly displayed according to categories like men's, women's, kids', formal, casual, and sportswear. The staff was polite and attentive. One of them quickly approached me to assist. I explained what I was looking for, and they showed me several options that matched my needs. They were patient, answered my questions, and helped me try on different sizes and 3.
Worst Bata store ever visited. Extremely rude Manager who talks in a attacking way. 0 understanding from the team working there.The Manager clearly said that we have 0 intrest in giving you service after we have sold you a an article, all the people starting working there started laughing after this statement.
It is a small store. They dont have wide variety to choose from. Staff was good this time but products were less appealing. Can try once. Two wheleler Parking is available!
