I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews? Visited this store twice in the span of 4 days and both visits were great. Service was really good and ice cream taste as all Baskin Robbins should taste. I do have to point out that there was poor planning by management/ the venue management on my second visit as there was approx 20 people trying to order but no line/ Queue system.
The star is only for the taste of the ice cream. The service quality is not great. The serving kept asking multiple questions and they didn’t have most of the stuff. The sundae we ordered was half the size in the picture due to small size of the scoop. Not worth the money.
Favourite ice-cream place in Manly. The older Asian man is so nice and friendly and I love him so much. Thanks for making a good night great!
America’s largest ice cream brand has finally arrived in Australia. Firstly, the ice cream is really tasty and flavourful and is worth the hype it receives while being in a easy convenient location, the only issue is that they don’t provide samples, this isn’t a huge setback it’s just there are over 4 other stores within 50m, and they all allow samples. Overall a must visit when visiting New Quay!
Never had an ice cream tastes this bad. I’ve tried 4 flavors and I had to throw it. No texture, no taste, pure frozen sugar.
