Got a very good eye exam on 8/1/22. Doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Gave a very good follow up advice on an existing condition. New prescription is accurate.

Only reason I’m even giving two stars is because I liked the doctor. I have been going here for the past three years. Each year there’s something that’s made me question coming back here. This year takes the cake and me and my family will not be coming back. Long story short make sure you don’t rely on them to get the actual information from your insurance. They will tell you that your insurance is covering “x” amount of money towards equipment and then weeks later you owe them money because the insurance in fact did not cover what they were claiming. So then you call them repeatedly for a week to get ahold of the manager cause she won’t get back to you and when you finally do you tell her you wouldn’t have gotten the glasses if you knew insurance wouldn’t have picked it up. All she has to say is yeah that’s really unfortunate we could’ve given you a discount at that point. And now you owe them a lot of money on top of the amount you already paid😬

The staff that I talked to were fantastic! I want to give a personal shout out to Lucy for helping me through some insurance trouble and for also helping me find a good pair of glasses. She was very patient, passionate and did amazing job. I will recommend this office to people that I know.

All of the staff and the doctors are so nice and knowledgeable here! Every time I come in, I leave with a smile because my interactions are so great! Plus they give you an option to pay a bit to take pictures instead of getting dilated!!! I love that! Dilation takes so long, they give you an option to be able to have your day still! Dr. Huse, Dr. Ho, and Dr. Pan are all so helpful!!

Dr. Penn and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Penn took a lot of time with me. He explained every test in detail. I was empressed with his professionalism and caring spirit.
