Barrett Garage was quick to respond to my email and call and we’re out the very next day. They resolved my issue and got my door working and even gave me some recommendations moving forward. They are awesome to work with and I highly recommend them.
Jake was great!!!! He was very knowledgeable and honest. My son Inlaw Paul referred me to your company before for my garage door opener. Then, he referred you to me for replacing my garage spring today. After having Jake come before , I knew it was going to be done right the first time.

Called and spoke to John in the morning and their tech Jake was out within a few hours. Jake was very helpful and explained everything in detail, issue with the garage door opener was fixed in a very timely manner! Highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer!
Barrett is by far the BEST at what they do. They have always been there when I needed a new system or when my current system was in need of repair. They have done work for us at 3 different locations and my son has also used them and was impressed. The customer service we've received is always top notch. Calls are always answered promptly they have come out same day or the following day - on one occasion they arrived after regular hours for something that could have waited until the following day. They are extremely honest and will never try to upsell you to make a buck, complete opposite actually, while they're there, they will fix/cleanup issues at no additional cost. Extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
My garage door broke this morning, I called Barrett garage doors and spoke with John. He was able to send out a technician this afternoon. Jake was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job and at a fair price. This was my second time using their company and I will highly recomend them to my friends and family. I couldn't be happier.
We have used Barrett Garage Doors on a few times for our primary home as well as rental properties. John is very responsive, knowledgable and honest. I had a damaged garage door from a truck running into it at a rental and tenants were stating the garage door was opening on its own. We had a company out that stated they could not fix the door and we would need to replace it. He also said we would need to replace the motor to stop the garage from opening on its own. This was going to cost over $3k for everything. I called Barrett and he was able to pound the door out and oil the tracks so it would open and stated replacing the motor made no sense. He recommended buying a new remote. I was able to do that on my own and programmed with his instructions. Replacing the remote fixed the problem and it never opened on its own again. Barrett Garage Doors will be the only company use going forward.
