If I could give this company zero stars I would, they took the order, gave me a delivery date and the item was not delivered from the supplier. I then contacted them and they gave me another delivery date, this time the incorrect item was delivered. So having waited in 2 days I still didn’t have the item I ordered. After contacting Banyo again, I am told the supplier can’t find the item, so they are going to cancel my order. They made no attempt to try and source this from another supplier. So beware when ordering anything from them they’ll take your money, and won’t deliver the goods. I’ve now been told I’ll have to wait 2-5 days for the money to come back into my account.

Products are very competitively priced and the service is good. I ordered a sink, which was delivered the next day. I later ordered a tap which unfortunately wasn't available from the manufacturer for many weeks, so the item was cancelled quickly and easily. I would buy from Banyo again.

Ordered in stock items with 3- day delivery. This items was not in held in stock! Items didn't arrive, no call back after chasiing 3 times. Had to initiaite refund 3 weeks later.

Sent me a broken Hearth and refused to exchange. Avoid this company. I sent pictures of it still in the original packaging but still they refuse to exchange.

Very good price, very good communication, Excellent products. Excellent service. Would definitely Recommend !
