I have visited them to buy Silver foil coin for gifting. actually this product is only online product, but the Senior Mam in retail counter made her best efforts to get them offline, She spoke to Shop and get it done for us. As this process took sometime and it was noon, they offered us lunch also. Nice gesture by retail counter staff. Thank you.
I don’t recommend to visit the factory outlet to buy gold or silver bars. No value for the customers. They will make you wait for longer time for no reasons. Really a bad experience as a buyer.
no moral values, they keep the orders in pending for more than 5 days, and if there is a price increase, they simply cancel them
Very rude employees, don't help customers. I went to buy some gold, the watchman turned us back saying unless I have prior appointment, can't see anyone there!
I went there to see the Gravimetric method to determine the amount of gold present in a solution. Very good staffs ..Simple building but very elegant to see the process. Food was good. They are the producer for Electroplating salts(Gold pottasium cyanide).
