Good job
I paid for my house to be totally re plumbed and it wasn’t. Then one of the pipes that wasn’t changed out froze and busted. Then I get charged for it to be fixed when it was never changed out in the first place. Also when the plumbers drilled through my bricks to set the tankless water heater it busted out large sections of brick and not ever fixed. Along with leaving a large amount of left over old & new piping and trash. Also on the front exterior faucet one of the concrete screws is drilled in to nothing, which makes for an unsecured and flimsy faucet. Next is that I asked them to leave the old copper piping so I could take it to be recycled which some how never happened. I’m extremely disappointed in this company and really had higher expectations from them. It’s a shame that a local company would be so out of touch with customer service and a quality product. I welcome your response. I will not recommend or use your business in the future. Kyle Humphrey
My outdoor water faucet handle stripped out.when I called them they said they didn't know if they had one on the truck quoted me a price. When they got done the price was higher they charged me for going and getting a parts at Lowes that they should already have on their truck. An outdoor hydrant is not a special-order item they charge me an hour $100 to pick it up. Even their competitor that's the highest in town don't do that I do not recommend these people they come highly recommended to me.when I called them to ask the young lady said she would talk to the technician they called me back and said that was the right price they had to stop at Lowe's and get it.why should they have customer paying for them to stop on the way here and get parts that should be on them . Over Priced $ They keep trying to buy reviews to cover up this and other bad ones
Take the time to go over the bid an stay in touch with them an it should work out. I have no issue with quality of work. Jeff is a nice guy an wife is freindly. Plumbing is expensive. Know that goin in.
Showed up ahead of schedule. We had no water because of an outdoor hydrant that busted over 2 feet below the surface. Larry came early, capped off the busted pipe in such a way that we can reinstall another hydrant easily, and even came in and helped me turn the water heater back on and check the faucets. He also gave me great advice on how to keep a future hydrant from breaking again! Larry was friendly, professional, and efficient! Highly recommend!!
We've used Ballard on three different occasions and they are always smart, professional, friendly, and honest. I trust them with my home and they are so easy to work with. They will tell you exactly what's going on and even play with the dogs who bother them while they're trying to work! I only wish they did everything: heating and air, painting, the works -- I'd call them every time!
The guys that came out were friendly and nice. The low rating is because they billed me for 3.5 hours at $155/hour for a job that they accurately diagnosed and fixed within the first hour. They just didn't know how to reset the tankless water heater fault code. While they were gone to get parts ($7.50) and have lunch, I called the manufacturer and got the reset information. I called the office to dispute the $550 bill. After she talked with the guy that came out she called me back and said, "the plumber says 'you might not understand that there are several steps involved before you can reset the machine' ". I might not be a plumber and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I know the look of someone who is clueless. That boy stood right in front of me flipping through the owners manual and said "I've never worked on this brand before. Most models have a red reset button just under the cover." They came out the same day I called. They were nice. They fixed the problem quickly. They billed for twice as long as needed because they didn't know how to reset the code. UGH!
