Fantastic bakery and attentive service while ordering from abroad to send to someone locally. The cake was gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend.

Ordered 2 cakes to come and pick them up and they just: didn't make them! Was sent home with no cakes on my friends birthday with a: sorry for the inconvenience. Just, don't use this bakery. There are many other more professional bakeries in Groningen!

Unprofessional behavior to the prime. Never ever ordering from Bake my Day again. We ordered cakes over email and had telephonic conversation with the management. The management stopped picking up the call on the day of party. When we reached at the store, the girl behind counter had no clue of our cakes. AND GUESS WHAT. THE MANAGER DIDN'T PICK UP THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES PHONE EITHER. So we were sent back home on our birthday without any cake, without any compensation, but with a simple "sorry for the inconvenience".

The service was helpful and the cake cupcakes and brownies i ordered were pretty nice. There is only one place were they should improve and that’s packaging, so better boxes and bags, you get the feeling that you buy something cheap and not worth it. Efficient packaging also mean a quality in the preservation of products.

The cake turned out beautifully, it even transcended my expectations. And not only does it look gorgeous, it also tasted amazing. We had the vanilla raspberry flavor and it was definitely a hit. Chocolate might have been too sweet, since the icing is very sugary. There weren’t any problems with the order, which I made online, which was the point I was anxious about. All was handled perfectly.
