I had an amazing experience working with Rod Phillips to upgrade my vehicle. He was honest, respectful, funny, and easy to work with. Gave me a fantastic price for my trade in, maintained swift communication while waiting on delivery of the car, and overall provided an enjoyable and easy purchase process. I will never go to a different dealership or sales professional again, Rod is the go to person! Thanks again!

At first I made a good review thinking this dealership was an outstanding first experience but that was before issues started popping up nonstop. 3 months into buying my pre owned 2018 Camry se with only 67k miles both right calipers seized very badly. There was so much rust covering everything and inside the slide pin holes. After asking to have it taken care of since the car was just purchased from them and it was not caused from my driving, I was told the car isn’t “new” as if it’s not a dealerships job to maintain the car they are selling. One year into ownership at around 89k miles the strut mount, strangely on the right side too just like the calipers, was beyond rusted out giving signs of a car with water damage. I tried having it warrantied since I was sold a 3600$ warranty without any real knowledge of what it covered and didn’t cover. When attempting to use it I found out that it doesn’t cover rust but only “mechanical failures” as if that’s a common thing. So come to find out the warranty sold by Zurich is no good for what I needed. Had to pay out of pocket and fix my strut myself and my brakes, BOTH being a very dangerous thing to leave untouched when selling a pre owned car. I could have potentially crashed and got seriously injured and when telling them about the issue, I was told by the service manager “how are we supposed to see these issues on the car before we sell it”. When you have a service team/service center and your selling a car for 20k+ I think the LEAST you can do is make sure the car is in good shape before being sold. I’ve gotten no help and contacted the BBB already. Next step is an attorney general which is sad to say because this place is shady as hell. I’m almost certain I was sold a car with unreported water damage. If you want to make this right I’ll take down the review after but until then everyone beware of Baierl Toyota…
I recently purchased a car from Baierl Toyota , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The sales team, especially Alex Danley, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they were patient in answering all of my questions. Not only did I find the perfect car for me, but the financing process was also seamless thanks to the expertise of the finance team. They worked hard to find me the best possible deal and explained everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend Baierl Toyota in Cranberry PA to anyone in search of a new car. The level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Thank you to everyone at Baierl Toyota for making my car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable!
I recently purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 from this dealership, and I can’t say enough nice things about Rudy! I live over 1400mi away in Colorado and Rudy worked with me on every little detail about the car. He went above and beyond, he put it up on a lift and sent a video for me since I was concerned about typical east coast rust issues. He did everything in his power to make sure I was completely comfortable before I ever stepped foot on their lot. He worked with me on the numbers, was very responsive via text and calls, and to top it all off, he personally picked me up from the airport in the car on his day off so I could test drive it on the way to do paperwork at the dealership. I bought the car, drove it almost 1500mi home and did it with a smile on my face. No pushy tactics, no pressure, he just really wanted to get me into the right car. The finance manager was very quick and thorough, no surprise fees, he was very transparent and up front. Local residents in PA should be thankful for the staff at this dealership. Thanks again to Rudy and his team! - Dave.
