I was driving from Canada down to Texas, and broke down 20 minutes outside of Casper. In times of desperation it was nerve racking not to be taken advantage of as far as work that actually needed to be done on my car. This very knowledge team was absolutely amazing to work deal with. They were very fast an effecient with letting me know exactly what the problem was and how long it would take to fix. They put in many efforts from calling the hotel to calling to find me a rental vehicle which went above and beyond required service. They kept my dog at the shop and gave me a ride to go pick up my rental all while keeping their shop open an extra 45 minutes after closing until they knew i was safe and taken care of. Although I am not from the area, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their services.

I have gone to these guys a few times and man the generosity that they showed was unbelievable great people wife and husband are awesome he would even take me back there and tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and other stuff to be careful with! And not just that they are people like us that understand that we might not have much money and give us advice and on how to take care of the vehicle to wait til payday etc and man they have helped us out when we have been in tight spots. One time even filled up my oil that was low for no extra charge and also put in a light bulb that was a pain in the butt for free too. Without charging an arm and a leg for everything else they did on our vehicles! Highly recommend!
