It was sheer lack of professionalism by calling a patient and then let him wait for more than 1.5 hours for doctor to appear in the clinic. Till late moment, I was being told that doctor is going to come in next 5 mins and finally, I had to leave without seeing the doctor. The clinic did not have courtesy to inform in advance if there was delay expected for doctor to come. This would be my first ever and last ever visit to the clinic.
Dr.Vish is best Chiropractic that I experienced. I stopped going to other places. In Singapore they scheduled me to attend six treatments, even after the 4th treatment my issue did not resolved. Another one in Bukit Indah, JB was the worst I have ever seen. They schedule a treatment for me and charge a fee of three thousand ringgits which I did not buy in. A friend of mine recommended Dr.Vish. Dr.Vish is very straight forward in his examination, explains about the body structure and examines immediately, and informs you whether its Major or Minor issue. He starts his treatment immediately in a separate room with additional assistants from his nurses. I full heartedly recommend Dr.Vish to anyone experiencing any kind of Spine issues, upper hips , neck and etc.
Been here today after a long drive, we were on time for appt. but unfortunately have to wait bit longer. Understand this because only one Doc who provide the treatment. Very Clear explanation given by the Doc. Treatment was short though. A high-priced for consultation&treatment. The receptionist staff suggested to go for an xray at nearby specialist hosp, asked us to avoid gp, its weird when she said that.For me,all xray machine is same, be it clinic or hosp. All we need is doc report or an xray film/Soft copy.
Dr Vish was very professional. Did a thorough first consultation and provide detailed explanation on my condition. My first experience with a chiropractic and glad that it was with Dr Vish. Most importantly, he accepted walk in and there is no need for prior booking. This is in spite that he has many patients with appt waiting to see him.
Great location, experienced chiropractor & helpful staff. But its too busy, if your appointment at 2PM means other patients having same appointment time as well. Doc obviously rushing here & there from one room to next room. Wrong diagnosis in my case but rectified in next visit. Counter left empty many times thus waiting patient have to help to unlock automatic door from inside many times
