I am so disappointed in this place. I went with my husband to buy a gold chain and I thought I would get my wedding band and engagement ring upsized since they were too small for me to wear now. My mil and husbands side of the family have gone to this jeweler for everything and so we went to give it a try. My wedding band has an engravement on the inside and I was told that because of it, the writing on the inside might be compromised. I went ahead and left my rings there for a week and when I came back to pick them up, they were butchered. I asked why the rings were not smooth because when I picked them up the wedding band especially was not properly done at all and the owner gave me an excuse that it was because of the engravement. Unhappy I still paid my 80$ and left. I was cleaning the next day and once I had washed my hands I noticed that the wedding band turned black as you can see in the pictures. He didn't even use real.gold but a piece of metal?! I mssgd the owner along with the pictures and got no answer. The next day, I spoke to my mil and explained how frustrated and disappointed I was in the service and she too expressed her disappointment since she was the one to recommend him to us. He answered her and started arguing with her and called back later to tell her that I could come back and fix it for free. How do I trust this man with my rings again?! I then went downtown to the place I originally bought my rings from and got them properly fixed and re engraved which I should have done in the first place. So disappointing and frustrating :(

His name is Joseph and he is incredibly funny, reasonable, kind, and patient!! He always tries his best to make us happy with our purchases, regardless if they are custom made or just sold at the store. Sam (the jeweller) is also an amazing worker who is very skilled at what he does. You can fix your jewellery here, sell your old gold, or get things engraved!!! All of the services they offer are incredibly carried through and reasonably priced. I couldn’t think of a better place to get ALL of my gold jewellery from!! 😊🙌👍👍👍
