B O C Used Car Show

Spoke to these guys about a van for a few days, however I left Bham at 3:30 and he knew I was coming, I asked before I left if I could drive it he agreed.on arrival at 6:30 he said I was too late an could not drive it but the overall condition of the van was shocking for a vehicle with 68k miles. In the pics it looked mint but in person a big no, signs of wear indicating higher mileage and damage was not show in pics, I asked to see paperwork relating to the vehicle, he said it wasn’t available yet he knew I was coming. car was advertised as Alexander car sales but the showroom said BOC car sales! YET HE REFERRED ME TO A SUSTER COMPANY WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY GOING TO BUY A VAN FROM, after I rang FORD for a service record, Ford said it was serviced at 66k in 2023 but the year after it was mot’d at 50k, the boys have been busy clocking em back! Stay away from these guys they Wasted my time.. NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT AND READ THE REVIEWS IVE SAVED MYSELF A MASSIVE HEADACHE

I should have walked away straight away when I seen a guy using a can of spray paint to make alloys look cleaner. He seemed like a decent guy but everything about this place rings alarms bells. Rust on vans have just been filled over. Advertising vans he’s not happy to sell and later removing them off auto trader. Zero confidence in this company and would AVOID at all costs.

Hello everyone, I had a horrible experience with BOC so I saw a Toyota Auris 2011 then I called in the morning to see the car on video call they showed then I booked with a 100-pound deposit. I went to see the car for some reason I don't like the car than I told the guy ( Ateeq Ahmed) and he said, Well, you do know that the deposit is nonrefundable. But I have all the proof that he didn't mention anywhere it's non-refundable. If the guy does not refund my 100 pounds I will take it further.

I flew over to England from Ireland to pick the car up. I had left a deposit on the Monday and was promised that after some work was done on the car it would be put in the showroom ready for me to collect on Saturday!!! Guess what ? I arrived early on the Saturday morning only to find that the car was still being driven by the salesman. It wasn't as promised I'm the showroom waiting for me!!!! I was told the car has been serviced but the computer in the car says last serviced 260 days ago. I have since had a couple of issues with the car but because I live in Belfast there is no redress for me. I've been absolutely cut off as if our mechanics here can't do the job. I even said that I was prepared to pay half of the cost but nooooo. To get any sort of redress I will have to pay the £380 for the ferry and however long it takes to fix a hotel room. Absolutely disgusting service Ateeq Ahmed there is a special place reserved for you when you depart this mortal coil. DONT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE WITH A BARGE POLE !!!!!!! SO MANY LIES

Absolute joke of a place. Once they’ve got your money, they don’t want to know you. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Customer service is non-existent. If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t. You’ll regret it. Worst experience I’ve had with any garage. Avoid at all costs. Only giving one star because you have to rate something to leave a review.
