Sy is a great guy! It was very easy to get in touch with him. He were also very thorough when helping us plan where all we should go see and places to eat. The jet skis were well maintained and in good condition. I will definitely be renting from Az Power Toys Powell again!
Sy was awesome! We decide to rent some JetSkis at around 10. It was a great price and he very accommodating. The skis were fairly new and very fun. Definitely would do it again. For those people who want to tell their own skis this is the place it’s convenient and easy.
I rented in June 2021 , jet skis were pretty old and the odometer was not showing the correct speed , it was going up and down. There was a problem with the fuel cap and I was told to check if the gas was coming out of the fuel tank to understand if it was full. That was ridiculous. And also I was charged $400 for some minor scratches with no receipt giving info about the damages. I got the responsibility for the damages but the treatment was not professional. So basically I recommend renting from other places like SURFLAKEPOWELL, they are much more professional and you will get newer SeaDoos instead of paying for 10 years old Yamahas.
Sy took good care of us! He had several recommendations for places to go and lots of advice. Super friendly as well. Will definitely be renting through AZ Power Toys when we come back!
We were a very inexperienced group in regards to Jetskis, but we had a great experience. Sy was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. We had never launched Jetskis before, but he patiently explained how to work the towing equipment. He also showed us on a map some of the best places on the lake to visit. We would definitely rent from them again.
