They installed a new motorized retractable awning ($4200) 6years ago.I had to replace the balance belt twice in the first 6 years ($120), I discovered that the left support shaft bearing was not inserted in the bearing. It was the cause of the problem. Awning works took no responsibility for the problem. They are a despicable company.

We had Awning Works install a motorized awning two years ago and it still looks and works like new. We ordered a second awning because they create a very professional product. The installers took extra time to make sure the awning was installed properly and did any little tweak I asked. I have seen other awnings less expensive and two years later they look old and worn. Getting the best is worth the price.
Just received and installed our motorized awning. Couldn't be happier. Just plug it in and the remote control is ready to go. Beautiful Sunbrella fabric gives you great sun blocking. It was an awesome experience working with Awning Works Inc. Very professional and courteous.
My neighbors recommended Awning Works to me and I was skeptical at first... because I thought prices would be better if I ordered online... but they were not! Awning Works had MUCH better prices! With so many fabulous fabrics/choices, make sure to seek support from one of the sales team members. For my outdoor cushions, I worked with Davis. For my porch roller shades, I worked with Danielle.... I HIGHLY recommend both! Davis was patient with helping me find the best fabric choice and once production was complete he drove over to drop off the cushions at my house (Great Service!) ....and Danielle is just a joy! She’s fun and super easy to work with! She came to my house two different times bringing fabric choices to help me make my final fabric decision. Danielle was also very quick to respond to my inquiries via phone, email or text... and the installers she sent over were so nice! Overall, great prices/fabric choices & the staff at Awning Works made this a fun and easy project!
