I walked into the Weymouth MA store not knowing anything about resolving my car issue and left well informed and with the products I actually needed to solve the problem

I am A Disabled Veteran with mobility issues. I went into Auto Zone and asked for help to change a signal light. That is when I met Alex. He not only got the appropriate light that I needed but he came outside and replaced it for me. He did it all with a smile. When he was done I thanked him and asked if he could fix my fender that was not connected properly and was rubbing the tire when I turned. That is when I met Andrew, he came out and hon the ground and looked for what was needed to fix it, he then ran inside and quickly came out with the necessary items to fix the fender of my car. I can not that both Alex and Andrew enough. They are a prize to any business and should be rewarded for their kindness and, knowledge and quick response to a Veteran in need. I am sure they would do this for anyone but this time they did it for me and it meant a lot to me. They extended kindness when I needed it the most.

This is the place to go for car needs! All of the staff were very helpful and kind. Raymond went above and beyond to help me fix my car’s AC. What’s more, he treated me with respect and explained what was going on so I could learn from the process. What an absolute gem! Highly recommend this spot.

I was there earlier today and Gabriel helper me find the wiper blades and the turn signal bulb i need. He also was so help he put them on for me, which i really appreciated. I have always liked this store but now after the service I received this will be my first choice to get the parts I need. Very helpful and friendly staff!!

I cannot explain enough how helpful Shawn and Gabe are. I know the bare minimum when it comes to cars and parts. I know how to ask for help and I know how to research what I need. I knew the names of the parts I needed and once I mentioned them, Gabe and Shawn immediately helped me get everything together. They took it upon themselves to take the parts out of the box, show me what I was looking at, and was able to identify an error in one of the parts packaging and promptly ordered me a new one. Patient, calm, well knowledgeable, professional, and personable are a few words to describe this positive experience. I felt respected and as if they were as invested in my car and it’s repairs as I am. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of them and the interaction we had. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It’s never a good time to get a check engine light on your dash. I called to check if they do free diagnostics, and they sure do! Ray helped me with it and provided layers of advice to tackle the problem. He is incredibly friendly, super thorough, knowledgeable, and makes sure you save money by trying simpler/cheaper fixes first. He gave me a print out regarding the diagnosis and what to expect if I do need to take further steps to fix the light. Hoping it doesn’t come back on though, fingers crossed Seriously, such outstanding service! I’m so happy I came here and was helped by someone who is evidently proud of his job and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. What a positive experience that painted the rest of my day with smiles. Absolutely will come here again!
