My husband and I will NEVER go to any other part store. Yesterday we were in DESPERATE need of a battery for our car. We had limited funds, and the cheapest battery they had was well above what we had. Matt K came through for us in the most amazing way. Not only did he help us get the battery using autozone's price match policy, but he went well above and beyond in customer service. Matt K. is a true angel in our lives and because of his kindness and understanding we can work and live again. God bless Matt he deserves nothing but the best. 💯

Reid was incredibly helpful. I stopped to get a new bulb for my headlight and he was able to help us select the right one. He went above and beyond and installed it for us.

I had the pleasure of working with Monique, Ed & Reid at AutoZone today. It was under unique circumstances as my brother recently passed away and I am in charge of helping his wife settle his affairs. The battery in my brothers car needed to be replaced and I had had a very stressful day up to this point. I was met with smiles and care as I shared my situation. I normally don't do this type of thing, I leave it to my husband but he was not available, so I was on my own. Thanks to the team at AutoZone, I was able to get the new battery installed and paperwork completed in a timely manner. These 3 are great to work with!

I just want to say Thank you for Hiring Reid M. at your Peoria location at Union Hills and 83rd. Normally I don’t leave a comment or review stores but I’m glad that there are people as helpful as Reid. Always very polite and so helpful! Feel like I can ask and he will get the answer either by searching or something he already knows. Every time I go get a part, he helps me so fast and hassle free!

So helpful and friendly!!! The gentleman even came out and replaced the rear wiper blade for me.. thanks so much for going the extra to help me. I would definitely return for my vehicle needs.
