I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to Auto Pro for a few years now. I couldn’t recommend a better family owned business. Everyone is very nice and honest. They will go over everything they recommend for your vehicle but you won’t feel pressured to get anything done that’s not needed. I have had basic maintenance done from light bulbs, oil changes, tire plugs, inspection and emission to major service such as a complete transmission swap. Auto pro worked well with keeping me updated and even gave me a loaner vehicle. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable car repair shop these people wont let you down

This operation seems very ethical and upfront on the surface. They even have a 'Christian' theme with a Bible in the waiting area. Alex and John seem to be nice people. Bottom line is they are in the business of upsells to make as much money as they can no matter how nice and Christian they seem to be. Compared to auto care businesses where I lived, Auto Pro gave me the most expensive option to take care of my car by far. I came in with an issue and they estimated $2,850+ to take care of it. To get a second opinion, I took it to Crofts Garage down the road and got it fixed for $550. My experience at Auto Pro was exactly like a previous reviewer named k landis. I'm a Christian myself and I'm sure Auto Pro sees themself as a Christian business but they are in the BUSINESS of making money first and Christians second. Don't be tricked by appearances. They even offered me $25 off my next service if I gave them a five star review. I graciously declined so I can give an honest review. Beware of their 5 star reviews, they might have been BOUGHT!

Within a few rings, I talked with an actual human being who was both friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment for a few days out, and after a few hours on the day of my appointment, I received a phone call where they walked me through everything they did to my car and why, as well as a few true recommendations. They didn’t pressure me at all with the recommendations, and when I received my bill, it was discounted because they didn’t want to charge full price for the first attempt to fix the issue, even though they did fix a problem that turned out to be a byproduct of the real issue. I would definitely recommend their services.

We live 2 blocks away from this business and we never used their services. My wife got a giant screw stuck in the tire, Friday afternoon at 4:15pm. We called, they took the car in immediately and in 10 minutes we were on our way. Also, it was the most affordable tire fix I have ever been apart of. The best part was the receptionist and the mechanic were both great. Friendly service and helped us majorly on an 85degree hot Friday afternoon! Thank you

Fair price and quality service. Very friendly and professional when I called to make an appointment. I was called and notified promptly that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I noticed that the waiting area was very clean and presentable. Always a good sign. The gentleman who rang me out ( i believe he was the owner) was also friendly and easy to talk to. Great experience.
