Sent my 20 year old daughter here to get a truck after 4 hrs of being there she was told that they lowballed her trade in, told her that she had to use all her trade in as a down payment, and that the truck she wanted was mispriced online so it was "Like the were give her what she wanted on her trade". what a joke this place is stay far far away. Post Falls Motors was able to give her the exact Deal she asked for and on a nicer truck! Highly recommend Post Falls Motors for any of your needs. Not the Shady practices of Auto Credit Sales!!!!!!

I was over pressured and scammed into buying a car when I there to just look at what was out there. I felt more pressure was put on me when they made it seem like I had to buy a car there or I couldnt leave the lot until I "purchased" the car they showed me. The folks there are nice, but their tactics on manipulating folk like me with financial complications into purchasing a car that I CANT AFFORD, is just wrong. I was never explained what each piece of paper was about, what it said in the details, nor given the chance to read them, they just kept telling me to sign, sign sign! I went back to return the car to this same location and get my original car and money back, but when I talked to one of the managers, I explained to him that this was a huge mistake and I NEVER WANTED TO BUY, PURCHASE, TRADE, OR FINANCE a car and that I was only there to look at my options I felt extremely pressured by the salesman and the manger who I worked with, but instead of being professional and working with me to come to an agreement, he screamed, yelled, threatened me and my boyfriend and made a complete scene in front of other customer and his other employees. I tried to explain to him that there is a used car law in Idaho that allows me to return the car within 10 days afterwards; also in their paperwork contract says the same as well that once I return the purchased vehicle to the same dealership I can get both my car and money back in full. Aftet mentioning auch informatiom to the manager, he continued to get very vocally hostile and show more hostile actions towards me and my boyfriend. Now the rude and disrespectful man is holding my car and my money hostage from me!! I had to call the police on him and his actions. I HIGHLY do not recommend going here because of this incidents
