From the staff to the location, services, and deals; I give them a 10/10. It was such a great and easy experience for purchasing our vehicle. Without a doubt I highly recommend you check them out!

Everyone at the Auto Auction of Baltimore goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers! I have purchased several vehicles from them and am pleased every time! They make the buying process very easy and are honest with you as well. Thank you for everything! :)

Bought several vehicles here and have had amazing customer service and the vehicles were reliable. I ran into a problem with the title for a car but they did quickly resolve the issue within 24 hours. The complaints on these reviews seem absurd to me. You have sufficient time before purchase to review the vehicle. If you know what you’re doing it shouldn’t be a problem. Highly recommend this auction!

Had an amazing experience. Registration was very easy, the staff were helpful and encouraging. Bidding was fairly simple. Some cars have a reserve price, which can be a little confusing, but not all cars have this. Won an auction on my first try. The vehicle was high mileage (most are, but what can you expect for a driving car under $5,000?), but was in EXCELLENT condition (lucky I guess) and at a very reasonable price. If you can, bring cash because the credit card fees for payment and tagging can add unnecessarily to your final total. But again for the convenience, I am not complaining! Walked away with the title in hand and was able to get the car insured inspected and registered the same day on a Saturday. You can inspect the cars beforehand, and turn them on, but you cannot drive them. However, they will drive the car through the auction so you see that it runs. I'm sure some of the cars are in poor condition, so bringing someone who knows a thing or two about mechanics would be smart. But I never got the sense that anyone is trying to pull a fast one. Only stayed for the first third of the auction, but most the sales went for under $5,000, which I think is a great deal for a running car. I will say the auction started later than anticipated. It was supposed to start at 10:30am, didn't start until after 11: 00am, but that's a fairly minor quibble.

The automobiles for auction are the most disgusting vehicles I have ever seen, but I would be willing to buy one if the reserves weren't twice the value of the car. Dont waste your time. The only reason I gave the review two stars, The office staff were really nice and explained the process to me.
