Authorised Samsung Service Center - Cell Tech

Bought m36 new phone. After just 6 months, calls aren’t happening properly. Never had to visit Samsung service centre but this time had to. The engineer their lacks knowledge, he first told will reinstall software come tomorrow it will be fixed, after doing so they told we have to order parts keep ur phone here for 10 days, seeing other reviews I knew I couldn’t keep my phone their else it’s gonna be 2 months till I get back my phone. I kept my phone there but didn’t gave any receipt, shows they don’t want to take any responsibility if anything goes wrong. They r careless, they all form a group and chill. They were hanging out gossiping with tea giver in front of me ignoring me while I was debating why I had to keep here for 10 days. Dk where’s the manager here. It was like college environment, not professional service centre. All fake reviews. I know agencies who can get done 100s of 5 star, i also know agencies who can get 100s of 1 star done.

I honestly never expected to write a review like this, but my experience with this Samsung Service Centre has been nothing short of heartbreaking. I gave my phone for service because two lines appeared on the display. They told me the issue would be fixed for ₹650 and promised it would be ready within 20 days. I trusted their words. But today, after patiently waiting for 3 long weeks, they casually told me the display is still not available, it has to come from Delhi, and it might even take another 1.5 months. No updates, no calls, nothing. I kept waiting with hope, only to hear this now. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of understanding my situation or showing even a bit of concern, they spoke so carelessly. As a customer who has been waiting, worrying, and managing without a phone, it really hurt. I rarely write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to go through this. Please don’t give your phone to this service centre. They don’t value customers, they don’t keep their word, and they don’t realise the stress they put people through. A very disappointing and emotionally draining experience.

If 0 stars were possible, that’s exactly what I would give. Very, very poor service.. I had given my mobile to your shop for display replacement in August 2025, and it was delivered on August 19, 2025. However, after two month, the display started showing lines again. I revisited your shop on October 25, and you took the device for repair under warranty. It was returned to me on November 6 after about one and a half weeks. After receiving the device, I noticed that the speaker was not working properly. When I contacted your shop, I was asked to visit again. This is the fifth time I have had to come regarding the same issue. When I questioned why these problems keep occurring, your employee did not respond properly. One of them even told me to “sit for one hour and check properly after delivery.” If I know everything on mobile repair, I could repair it myself, I wouldn’t have brought it to your service centre in the first place. Now, the display is again showing a blue colour issue, even after spending ₹7,360 for the repair. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your service and the repeated issues with my device.

This experience really changed my perception about after-sales service. The way they handled the issue - from diagnosis to resolution - was highly professional and efficient. The staff was polite, informative, and made sure I was updated throughout the process

After a software update, I got a pink line on my display, and they're saying it happened because of a scratch near the charging port. The customer service person told me dead pixels used to come alive and become bright and change color after a software update! :) Update: Already contacted through WhatsApp, no use. Check screenshot.
