Always feel comfortable & relaxed with Mihni. I never doubt the level of care & professionalism with her. Mihni also does laser on my son & he feels safe & loves how bubbly her personality is.

The atmosphere and services are amazing. I highly recommend trying this place out! I have recently done 5 sessions so far and I've received amazing results. Additionally, the people working here are so kind and looks after you if you experience any discomfort or soreness. Consequently, for those who tend to forget about their appointments, the receptionist will either call or send a SMS to notify and confirm your appointment before-hand. Therefore, no late fees!

I’ve been to other laser clinics, and by far this is my favourite clinic. The staff are so friendly, they always put in care and effort in each session. I have noticed so much improvements within my laser since coming here, I finally know what good laser is.

I am a customer since last year and I have always been served with amazing people. My last 2 sessions have left me not feeling the same. In April and yesterday again I was served by same girl Myni. Last time also I had to wait because I was double booked. Even yesterday I was called again and was rebooked which is ok. I still waited and there was no acknowledge of been late by her. She took me to a room and started treatment with the gun laser which I have never seen and has never been used on me. I wasn't informed it's a different machine rather her attitude was you should tell us which machine you prefer...she did my underarms and I refused to do my bikini as it was very uncomfortable.She said the machine I normally use is occupied. She was like oh you want to re book and when..later as I exited the room she said room is available do you want to do it..her service and attitude is 0..not just once but twice I have seen it. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and I don't care you are back or not attitude. She throws it back to you for everything without taking owners. I came home and saw my underarms still have hair left.even didn't do the job properly. She was asking me you need gel after session!! I was sold gel saying its important and here she was asking then she applied gel on cotton and was giving it to me to apply in bikini area!! Like what was she thinking?? That's what you do for customers after laser session..not hand it to customer!!!Definitely not coming back once my sessions are over. She needs to learn how to treat customers and not just make up stories. I don't think there was anyone in my normal room when she started my session. And even if there was she should have informed me of different machine.

I wasted a lot of money at a ‘laser’ clinic at my local shopping centre before I discovered that I had the most amazing Laser clinic 5 minutes from my house! Since going there my visits are less frequent as they are actually getting rid of my hair instead of making it worse as I had experienced at other places. If you want permanent hair removal with professional staff who take pride in their work and business, definitely see the wonderful staff at Australian Laser Clinics in Hillside!
