Have always felt comfortable and well looked after here, and have been coming for some years now for different things. Staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. Love the Camberwell clinic! Chantalle’s work is flawless! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my face. She is so gentle with injectables and has transformed my skin by helping me get rid of unwanted pigmentation. :)
Don’t waste your money. Doctor quoted me $650 for Botox in three areas. Went to another person and had three areas done for $380. I was also told it was $4.50 per unit over the phone but got there and it was $4.99. Obviously because I can’t afford $650 for Botox I then lost my $50 deposit. Honestly don’t waste your time.

Was pleasantly surprised 😳 at my last appointment at Camberwell ! I have been coming here for 3 years and always was impressed with the quality of service. Unfortunately the time was very very disappointing. We had just moved to country Victoria and I would make the time to travel to the clinic for my treatments. However on this occasion I was SHOCKED and so so disappointed 😞 in how I was treated ! Having traveled 3hrs for my appointment and was only late ⏰ 8 min for a 75min appointment … and had spoken to the therapist and said I was 100m away just stuck in traffic ! Only be told when I got there that my appointment had been cancelled! 😡 which I than asked how is it possible that an 75min appointment be cancelled when I am only 8min late ⏰ I politely ask to speak to the therapist and was told she is not available and can’t speak to you …! How RIDICULOUS and RUDE …! Really no solution was offered and the fact that the therapist couldn’t come out speak to me …? Was profound!? 🧐 itself the experience was so so disappointing and so hard to understand that after 3 years of loyalty and spending over $5K worth of services …I was treated so harshly and without any explanation why they couldn’t take my appointment on or find an alternative solution. Very very frustrating and this is NOT what I was expecting at ALL !
First time here & would highly recommend. All the staff were helpful especially Celeste who was very professional & efficient.
Highly recommend Chantelle for lip fillers. I will only go to her to get them done. Her technique doesn't hurt as much as other injectors l've been to. She will never over fill them, making them look ridiculous and is always happy to do touch ups if required once they settle down. Thank you Chantelle💋❤️
Great, friendly service and lovely clean clinic. My daughter and I have been seeing Shelby for our IPL and she’s fantastic. We’ve been to other IPL clinics and the service has been atrocious. Shelby is so thorough and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr Amir is an absolute perfectionist and and his team are always friendly and efficient. Haven’t gone anywhere else despite moving from the area many years ago.
Celeste is an absolute angel! Would highly recommend - she has been wonderful, always making the process a good experience and ensuring that I get incredible results. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
Had fillers done by nurse Chantelle she advised me were i need she over filled me and in wrong places now my face is botched my advise do your homework im emotionally scared mentally and physically im now not working at home been to a few places no one will touch my face been to 2 surgeons my only option is surgery which is 50,000 so thank you and my face will not look the same Update on my face its worse my lymph nodes arnt draing my surgery is now more complex and expensive im still mentality scared so please go and get fillers done by professional doctors who know what there doing
I could not recommend Australian Laser and Skin Clinics Camberwell enough. My appointments always run on time and Celeste makes me feel 100% comfortable. I randomly enquired about another treatment during my appointment, and she carried this out immediately after she had done my laser which was super convenient.
I had an amazing experience with Trish (Trisha) for my hair laser removal treatment. Trish is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and her friendly and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable from the start. She paid great attention to detail, though my pain tolerance is really low, she ensured a pain-free experience whenever possible. I highly recommend her to anyone!!! i did my first laser tattoo removal today and the lady i had was so sweet and welcoming she made me feel comfortable and got it done as quick as possible ❤️
The environment is immediately welcoming and Shelby was an absolute delight as well as being knowledgeable and administering the treatment carefully and professionally. I will be back for sure.

I visited the Camberwell Clinic for filler in my temples to lift my jowls. Chantalle performed the injections and the results were truly amazing. With her incredible skill Chantalle was able to strategically place the filler in the right places and my jowls disappeared!
