Amazing service,, knowledge and care. I’m a newby to this and felt so comfortable from the start, highly recommend!

Horrible, they have gone down the hill with the service and the results. They have been using a weak machine and they don't respond to your feedback or needs. They don't listen, don't pay upfront. Waste of money. Not recommended

Roza was lovely. She explained my upcoming procedure clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. She has helped me to prepare and has explained in detail what I should expect from the Cosmelan treatment and I am looking forward to having it and to see the final results.

Stephanie was very helpful and good at helping with my laser treatment. There were some issues with communication from the main office regarding my booking, but the clinic helped resolve the situation on the same day.

Dislike leaving negative reviews, but this place is not run the same as it used to be a few years ago and it’s not right to waste people’s time or money like this. High staff turnover past 12 months, poor communication with clients and between staff - don’t get told when a practitioner leaves just get surprised on the day, request a particular machine and it’s either broken down or in service by another client even though you make a point of requesting it. Both the above have occurred three times. Keep charging you for doing the same thing for hair removal even though it’s clearly not working (no change in hair 2 weeks later) and you have to tell them to try something different. Really unprofessional. Will not be returning once I’ve used up remaining treatment.

Long time client that will not be returning. Very disappointed in customer service over the last year along with lack of consideration for your customers time and money.

Suzi is phenomenal! My mum and I both went in with completely different skin concerns for consultations and our skin has already been transformed in 4 weeks! We both have full trust in Suzi as she is very knowledgeable and passionate about skin.
