Mornington

Trading insolvent and knowing you can't fulfil what you have been paid for. This seems like theft 🤔. Very disappointing and lots of dishonesty along the way. Lesson learnt NEVER PREPAY ANYTHING.

I had prepaid for 3 sessions and only received one before the clinic suddenly closed. I got vague texts in April 2025 about a “temporary closure” — and then nothing. No refund, no follow-up, no communication. Really disappointing.

I have unfortunately had the same experience as other recent reviews. Prepaid for treatments that I am unable to use now. Received a text on 3 April 2025 informing me that the Mornington clinic was temporarily closed and I would receive communication soon to reschedule my appointments, however I have not received anything from them and the phone is not being answered. It seems as though I won’t be getting a refund of my prepaid treatments - very disappointing.

No message no phone call. Only found out they had shut by the reviews. That's theft isn't it? Very shonky

AVOID AUSTRALIAN LASER AND SKIN CLINCS!!! SCAMMERS the mornington branch went into administration without notifying any of their clients. therefore people who spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on prepaid packages all lost their money and because each location is privately owned the treatments can’t be transferred to another location which is ridiculous. communication non existent from australian laser and skin clincs to resolve the matter. just avoid this scam artist business all together and go to a real company. would leave -1000 stars if i could.

I have also paid 3 packages in advance and have not received a call when they will reopen. They just said they will be under new management. It's been 3 weeks no news yet!

Prepaid for a service and was not told the Mornington location was closing down. No call no email, nothing. I followed up numerous times, no response. I fear I will never see my money again. How people can do this is beyond me.

Prepaid for skin laser appointments and only had 1 of them. Turned up last Friday to find them closed and in administration. Didn't even receive a message! Disgusting that because of providing Afterpay as a way to prepay companies like this have earned money for nothing. I have a feeling I won't see a refund. Lesson learnt to never prepay for a service!

Gone bust and took our money!

I paid for 8 laser hair removal sessions in advance on 12/3/25 at the Mornington clinic and I had one session and then I received an SMS on 3/4/25 saying the Mornington clinic is closed until further notice! They stated they would be in touch but of course no one has contacted me and no one is answering the phone at the clinic. So disappointed.
