Fantastic laser clinic! I had my first consult with Martine and she was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. She took the time to listen to me to understand my goals for my laser hair removal. I then had my first ever laser appointment with Danielle and her service was outstanding. Danielle is friendly, warm and very professional. She is always on time and smiling and makes sure I'm okay during our consults.

LOVED my appointment. First time I’ve had a facial but they answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and had a great laugh with me. It felt more like I was with friends for a catch up than some awkward appointment with someone just judging my sebaceous pores. Can’t wait for my next appointment in a month and to use my at home products with confidence.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Krystal at front desk who was lovely & welcoming. I was getting laser hair removal & was treated by Danielle, it was my first time being treated by her in Ivanhoe & she made me feel so comfortable. Treatment was very thorough & quick.
