My son's passport photo was done on another Australia Post outlet and the application was processed at High Wycombe. Passport photo office kept coming back to me with photo errors. The lady at High Wycombe did the photo for me free of charge and submitted the additional required photos two times with a lot of patience and a smile on her face. Should have done the photos at this place to start with. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service from the angry and very rude lady that works here. I will avoid this place as much as possible. I haven't got time for rude and obnoxious people.

I'm in this post office just about every day with parcels to send out and ALL the staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. The manager has freely offered advice on more efficient postal procedures which has improved our business, as well as going out of his way to facilitate returns/damaged goods etc. Some days will always be better than others, and things can get quite hectic during the peak periods, but I have nothing negative to say about this PO.

I attend this post shop regularly, am always offered help, they always tape up my parcels securely for me and the tracking is always done with my mobile number. I went to get a passport photo 3 times for my child, and the man came off his lunchbreak to do this for me even though my child was crying 2 of the 3 times. He waited for me to try settle her and was very patient.

Went into this Post Office today to submit my 15 year old daughter Tax File Summary for her first job and was blown away by the hostile and aggressive nature by one of the employees that served me.She basically was doing all she could to deter me from submitting my form and was talking over me with a hostile and aggressive attitude, the likes of which i have ever encountered theough a customer service person. She got it straight back mate! Absolutely shocking. Short half oriental woman with a major complex. Very disturbing. Will boycott in future. Disgusting behaviour!

I just was spoken to so rudely by the lady Office Manager. While I filling out my shipping labels, my 1 year old was walking around, and yes, pulling some things off the shelves, but I picked up everything that he did. He is a baby. I was told, “If I didn’t want to watch my kid, I should just put him in a center.” I am absolutely horrified by that comment. He wasn’t making a mess, or disrupting anyone. I was getting what I needed to do done very quickly, while continuing to watch him. I did not let him make any messes without me immediately cleaning them up. I cannot understand why she was so upset by him walking around, let alone speaking to a customer like that. I will not be returning to this Post ever again. Shameful. Moms are just trying to do our best without being treated like that.
