Ausee Machines & Tools

A few years ago I ordered a set of thin parallels from Ausee Machine tools. the parallels were fine but their case was broken. I emailled them about this and reqeusted a replacement case. No reply, despite numerous attempts to resolve this. Although they won't rely about replacing the case, they frequently send advertising emails too me despie that I have called them an emailled them on a number of occasions asking them to cease. So somehow, if it is a problem they should fix, no reply, but no problem sending advertising emails out, if if you tell them you don't want them. Bear in mind althouhg this company is called Ausee Machine tools it actually sells Chinese machines and is owned by Chinese. I also note that the only positive reviews I have seen for them are from Chinese. I suggest, if you want good reliable service, product support when needed, and ability to contact them them when needed, find another business to deal with.

Ordered two C spanners. Only received one. Tried contacting via email and phone. No response. These people are nothing but low life thieves. Dishonest. Untrustworthy. No integrity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased forward/ reverse switch for seig lathe received wrong switch absolute nightmare contacting them . They don't reply sent switch back via post never heard from them again so they got their switch back and my money?end up ordering on Amazon never will I contact them again🖕

Purchased a quick change tool post and it arrived with damage, contacted them and was told a replacement one was in the mail I never received it, and now they won't answer emails. Nothing but a pack of crooks and would never deal with them again.

Worst service ever. On line order was never delivered. Money gone out of bank account. No tracking number received. They never answer their phone.

Very very very bad poor quality products, cheap prices for a reason. Always blame the operator.

Just received my order today. Very quick delivery and all items bubble wrapped and secured in a sturdy cardboard box.

Great variety of decent quality products. Many of the products fit a small niche in the market and are hard to get elsewhere. Good prices and delivery fees. Order processing times vary. Sometimes frustratingly not responsive to telephone calls and slow to respond to emails. However, returns are processed fairly.

SC4 lathe part broke, been trying for nearly a year for the part, no replys to emails now can't even call. Avoid this lot, cheap Chinese rubbish. Pay a bit more for a quality product
