Great day out, wonderful driver Dan, nothing was too much trouble and he even came to rescue to one of our ladies who had a fall, will be booking with you guys in the future.

We went to Manchester yesterday with Ausden Clark and John the driver was fantastic, really nice coach and we all had a lovely day, please pass on our thanks to the girls in the office for sorting the parking and change of coach size at the last moment, regards Margret.

Arrived 40 minutes late once. Most days the bus is about 10 minutes late and the bus has no leg room and probably hasn't been cleaned for a long while. Also some chairs have cracks in where someone could get their finger trapped. The good part is that most of the time the bus on the way back is on time and sometimes have a fairly decent bus but most buses are unclean.

Coach at kenilworth castle 26/02 /22 left his coach running whilst standing for more than an hour. Abusive driver when asked to turn off engine by other car park users. English heritage spoke to him and issue rectified. Appalling behaviour by your driver. Who was very intimidating. Do not use this company
