They had me pay before hand for my massage. It didn't seem professional from the start. I asked the lady if i needed to fill out the paperwork in the front but she didn't seem to care. Everything felt skeptical. She did give a good massage but i just wasn't comfortable. I just wouldn't come back here.

I took a chance at a new massage place as a Christmas gift from my husband. I wanted to relax but found it difficult when in the middle of my session the massage therapist walked out of the room and left the door partially opened with my butt exposed as she assisted a walk in customer. She did apologize upon entry back into the room, but to say I was no longer relaxed is the honest truth. Then after the massage I went to tip on the service. I wrote the tip, to which she said "only that much". Feeling pressured I raised the tip and she again looked at me judgingly as though it still was not sufficient. I left feeling unhappy about the experience and will not return.

I had a great massage! YuYu took her time and focused on my upper back area where I have been having a lot of muscular pain. The price is not bad for 1 hour and the rooms are very clean.

I will never come to this place again. For starters it was $50 for 30 minutes which is on the high side especially for the level of service I received. First I walk in and no one is even at the front desk so I am waiting about 5 minutes before someone comes out - that’s not why I won’t be coming back again though. It’s because 10 minutes into my massage the lady abruptly stops the massage and leaves the room because she hears their reception bell ring. Well she left with the door nearly wide open. Here I am half-naked with my face down and in no position to get up and shut the door. Next I hear this guy, a customer seeking a massage passing by my door - now I have no idea whether or not he peered into the room I was in - the point is I felt unbelievably uncomfortable and exposed. At that point when the lady returned (it was a good 5 minutes later) I was no longer into the massage as the relaxation part was interrupted. On top of that they charge you $3 for charging on a credit card, not absolutely unheard of but definitely annoying. Altogether poor experience and not great service - difficult to communicate with them as well. I will say the lady massaging me was kind and I am sure she was doing her best and didn’t intend to make me feel so uncomfortable - regardless if you are running a business it’s critical to be mindful toward the level of service customers are getting or you loss them! Oh, and the massage was just ok I would say, nothing epic at all.

Massage was good, therapist used her elbows on spine and other bony areas which wasn't comfortable. Fully body deep tissue massage consisted of therapist stepping and walking on back and limbs, with head scratching after. Would have appreciated more focus on massaging back and neck, instead of just the stepping. Lilly and May were nice until it was time to pay, we gave them a $20 dollar tip, so $10 each. Lilly demanded $20 as a tip for each of them and then increased the price of the couples massage from the listed price of $110 to $120. She had the audacity to add a tip to the total price before we swipped our card despite us already tipping in cash. Will not be returning.
