We highly recommend Audi South Austin. Our experience was one we will never forget. Our sales person John Bowyer was amazing both on the phone and in person. He was extremely knowledgeable and loves what he does. We drove up from San Antonio with our son for the purchase of his first car and John made the process simple and went above and beyond to make it memorable for us. The financial services manager Martijn Janssen was also amazing. Austin the tech guy was very knowledgeable. We will forever be apart of the Audi South Austin family. I decided to buy a pre-owned 2024 Audi Q5 from this dealership. Alex was very helpful and great to work with during the entire process of purchasing this vehicle. I appreciated how they helped me find an Audi that had some of the certain features that I strongly preferred the car to have whilst acknowledging my budget. Only thing I was concerned about was the battery dash light coming on and off every now and then within a week of the purchase. Doesn’t seem like too much of an issue but is still something I definitely wouldn’t expect to see on a new vehicle. That being said, everything else was amazing I am very happy with Audi South Austin it was a pleasant experience overall!

Dropped my vehicle off for routine service. Drop off was ok. PROS: Waited 10mins for an advisor. They got me a shuttle to a coffee shop while I waited. Then arranged a pickup when it was ready. CONS: Waited 1 HOUR for them to pull up my car after I signed the service paperwork (there were 3 of us waiting). Also do not recommend waiting here. Service advisor section is tiny. Waiting area is super depressing. Almost makes me want to drive to San Antonio for service. Might try here again after they remodel.
