Nathan always has a positive attitude that you can tell spreads to his staff and provides an overflow throughout the store. I have seen him take his time with his customers so they don’t leave with things not taken care of. He offers to help if I need anything even if it’s not during normal business hours. I have went to Nathan since he has been at the Marion store and have always seen that store do a turn around for the positive over time. 10/10

Just like all cell phone stores the sales folks lie to you about how much stuff cost and what will get knocked off the bill just so they can make a sale. I guess the mangers just don't follow through to get the credits applied. The sad part is its still better than Verizon.

The staff are friendly, the price of a 5g hotspot is more than 30 bucks cheaper per month than Verizon, they even recommended for me to buy the router that was a better deal. Very honest, very friendly customer service.
