Atlas Rental Property

The property is fine, and maintenance has been good. However I have been trying to contact Atlas about the payment portal and gotten no response. I attempted to pay our pet deposit upon move-in and it went into our security deposit instead. There seems to be no one I can contact to get that money back or move it to another payment option. They also charge us renters insurance every month and I can’t turn it off despite having my own insurance. I am not sure I can recommend this company if they won’t respond to emails, phone calls, texts, or work orders unrelated to property maintenance.

Well let me start off by saying I’ve been a tenant of ARP for 3 years and my experience has been great. My laundry room floor had to be redone and they got right to it…. When the floor was finished it was glue left on the floor I couldn’t get up. Dennis McDaniel was the best at helping me get it up. He was very nice and did such a great job. He even returned back and finished. Dennis was very professional and respectful…… thanks Dennis for your great work

Mr. Elton Johnson came out and fixed my aunt's wobbly commode. He was so polite and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing.. He made my aunt feel very comfortable and confident that the job was gonna be done correctly.. If she has any more requests, please let it be Mr. Johnson who fixes it..

Invested in 2019 after talking to Danny Cole. Nice guy. Purchased a renovated property. At first seemed good. Then new staff turnover every few months. Eventually repair after repair started piling up. It's been an awful experience. Received repair bills pretty much every month for 2 of the 3 years. Have not had any cash flow after all repairs for 3 years. Why so many repairs since this was a renovated property? Their billing statements are awful and provide minimal descriptions without any documentation or recorded proof of repair. I do not recommend.

Kudos to Atlas Rental Property and JoAnn for helping me find my new home. I was a caregiver for my parents and they recently passed away so the process of selling their estate and relocating myself from Wisconsin to Alabama seemed impossible. Atlas Rental made this process go so smoothly. I look forward to my new life in Alabama and thank you JoAnn & Atlas for making it possible!!
