Great customer service. Very friendly and professional
Convenient and friendly
Never thought I would write a review about a dentist office.. but this place is much more than that. There is a level of professionalism, fun, cleanliness, and innovation that you rarely get to see in any business. From wonderful reception, dental assistant, to the doc himself you can tell there is a great culture at this work place. Additionally, the technology they use is efficient and the latest and greatest I've ever seen. Although I was only referred for my case, I am willing to pay out of pocket to come back here for my needs. Top notch dentist office here, staff and technology here quality. Thanks for the work you did for me today!
I absolutely loved my experience. It was so easy to schedule my first appointment with Atlantic Dental! I could call or text to schedule - which is great for someone who doesn’t always have the time to call. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful when I showed up for my appointment. They were ready for me early and were very efficient. The space was clean and well organized. The hygienist was very informative and took the time to explain things, as well as make sure I was comfortable. All around best dental experience I’ve had.
They don't return calls!!! I have an infection from Murphy's work but no call back after talking to the calling service they use. Thank God was able to talk to another dentist who actually answers the phone and get an emergency appointment. Also, they charge outrageous fees for dental work.
Not impressed by this dentist. Came in a few months back as a new client scheduled as an initial consultation, X-rays and cleaning. Was told I have 2 cavities which will need 2 fillings (4mo & 13mo) and no we can do any of the cleaning today, will need to schedule one side at a time due to “insurance reasons.” I assumed due to anesthesia… so i agreed and came back a month later for the first cleaning and one filling which was performed well i felt, and the staff was courteous. Came back this morning for the other half and one filling as addressed at the initial appointment. Sat down for the cleaning and mentioned i was here for another filling as well. The hygienist said “I dont see anything in your record about a filling today?” After further review she found my patient plan was somehow deleted but notes from prior said i was due for 2 (4mo & 13mo) fillings… i replied that i had just been there for a cleaning and filling where i was addressed to have only 2 cavities.. I’m no rocket doctor but 2+1=3…. So as the hygienist cleaned my teeth she did not use anethestic, she did offer if needed but i didn’t feel any excessive discomfort. Found it questionable that if no anesthesia was used why did they have to split up the cleaning? They did have availability for Dr Murphy to place the two fillings but even when i address it to him he said oh I’m not sure why we didn’t do 12 and 13 together? Great response. And 12? 12 was never addressed so why did that tooth already get drilled and filled? I’m not educated in reading X-rays nor know what to look for so i just said if i need the fillings then go ahead. So here’s the kicker, the whole reason i was told it had to be two different visits was due to anesthesia on opposite sides which they did today! Both sides! I, like most of society, have to take time off work to schedule appointments. Wasted my time and money for one filling that’s questionable at best was even needed.
Today I had my first appointment at the Atlantic Dentistry office, and it turned out to be the very best experience that I ever had at the dentist. Everyone that I met was so friendly, so l ended up having a very pleasant day. I really wish the entire world could be like them. Thank you for everything, and thank you for such a memorable day.
