Bad experience. Worst service.

Never ever go to these fraud peoples, Both for sales and services..! The worst service i have ever experienced in my life. I gave my karizma zmr for service and after their bloody service my bike has all the problems which i have never faced before. And the man who is in-charge doesn't even know to find what's the real mechanical trouble the bike has. so please stay away from these frauds

Bought hero maestro scooter in 2018 unfortunately it started showing one of many problems in the very 4 month of purchase. Some times vehicle doesn't self start, only cranking, I was told that it was triggered due to battery problem!!..They didn't do the service they offered. Pathetic service, due to that my newly (then) owned scooter was on road several times and these problems are still present even after services and services in the last 4 years. I can't believe such unprofessional, Lack of empathy, disgusting and pathetic standards these people have shown over the years.My humble request to anyone stay away from hero brand to have mental peace.If this review makes any difference while choosing a 2 wheeler with my experience I would not suggest anyone to avail their services. In the end I want to suggest that in a vehicle market where you have various options, your staff and specially your service team's attitude will kill you in the market. Hope to never see you again.
