This store was amazing to work with. I went in to have my pixel 6a screen fixed(I expected it would need replacement but it was a loose cable) under Google repair warranty. Setting up the appointment online was very straightforward. When I went to the store they were able to take my phone right away and did have it done within an hour. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They explained what the problem was clearly and answered some additional questions about choosing screen protectors(what the difference are with different materials) with clear knowledge and much patience. I've been to many other cell phone repair stores and this gives me hope that I don't have to dread going to get repairs in the future

Both Patrick and Chris killed it on the repair to my Samsung z fold 3 which is a complicated/difficult repair to complete. Not only did they do more than a satisfactory job but there knowledge and service was something special. Thank's guy's you have earned my business and recommendations.

I had great service with the Asurion store. Chris was the tech who helped me and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even stayed a little past closing to get my device done, which was highly appreciated! I would certainly recommended using them for any tech repair needs anyone might have.

Amazing experience in this store! Visiting for vacation and needed to troubleshoot an IPhone. Jordan was wonderful: professional, friendly and clear. They assessed the phone quickly and gave multiple, reasonably priced solutions to our problem without a “big sell”. We will look for Asurion again should we have another tech issue.

We urgently needed my husband's phone repaired after it had gotten wet in a kayak. The service was outstanding. They called us after the free diagnostics to get permission to proceed. They repaired the phone within a day and saved us money and anxiety! I definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of phone repair.
