My mom is 78 years old, and she fell in the bathroom and injured her arm. We went to the doctor, and they recommended surgery. She also tried physical therapy, but the pain was too intense for her. A friend recommended Dr. Bell. Honestly, we didn’t think anything would really help take the pain away so quickly, but after Dr. Bell treated her with an ozone injection, she was able to move her arm almost immediately. It was amazing to see such a difference after just one visit. We are so grateful for his care. Dr. Bell is very kind, compassionate, and truly passionate about helping his patients. I went in to see Dr Bell and my symptoms were vertigo and a migraine and I had to move slow or else at times it felt like I was on a boat. The first few days I almost fell down a couple of times! This all began with a virus. This had gone in for 5 days. I could still go to work but it was risky, and most likely not wise (wink). I went to a PT and that appt helped, but only very little. Dr Bell gave me a stem cell shot in the back of my neck. The results were immediate! The pressure in my head subsided. I was no longer dizzy. I could move my head at normal speed. The first day and into the next things just got better. I could not believe this miracle had happened! I am a hospital chaplain and by the next day I was functioning normally again back at work. I was even able to do a sound bath. Which is making circles with a mallet on crystal bowls. This is doing endless circles for an hour. I could not believe I was able to do that just the next day. I was recommended by a friend to Aspire for knee pain. I have osteoarthritis in both knees due years of dance and athletics especially swimming which I do professionally. I also had two meniscus tear repair surgeries in the last 3 years in the same knee and the second surgery wasn’t healing well even after several months. I was still in pain and had to ice and use heat almost daily after any activity. I even had a cortisone shot from my doctor, which barely did anything for the pain and certainly was solving any of my problems. Dr. Bell was so personable and took the time to explain how PRP and ozone treatments worked in detailed. I was a little skeptical that this was going to solve all my problems, but I honestly had nothing to lose at this point. Not to mention, that his clinic had hundreds of 5 star reviews from previous patients and one of them being my friend. I felt I was in good hands. I decided to get the PRP shot my first visit. It was amazing! And so quick! I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. It felt better almost immediately! Since then, I’ve had 3 ozone shots and continue to feel 100% better! I haven’t iced my knee or applied heat in over a month and I can kneel on it, bend it, squat, exercise with the elliptical, swim with a scissor, whip, flutter, and dolphin kick without pain and having to ice afterward. These treatments really do work and you will have amazing results! I’m thrilled that I found Dr. Bell and his staff and I’ve already referred to others to his clinic. I’m excited for what the future holds for me and I’m looking forward to continuing to do what I love. The future is bright!

I was referred to Dr Bell for my daughter and her not being able to eat gluten. After having the NAET treatments she is now able to eat gluten without any problems. It is Amazing! The NAET procedure is painless and very easy. When you receive the NAET treatment Dr Bell explains everything and the way it works. It's very natural and understandable on why the NAET treatments work. I am grateful we were able to find out about Dr Bell and NAET. It has given her a new way of life and we are so thankful! With my daughters amazing success with NAET we also had my husband treated for seasonal allergies. He no longer has to deal with the sneezing, itchy eyes and tiredness from taking allergy pills. He also was able to receive injections for his shoulders which have helped elevate pain as well. His staff is very kind and greet us with a smile every time we have come in for our appointments. Dr Bell is very knowledgeable. I have had three ozone injections and some spinal adjustments. Great improvement, he knows his stuff.

I highly recommend this place for food allergies. For the past 10 years I have struggled with abdominal pain. I have been in and out of hospitals, had surgery, put on random diets, and nothing seemed to help. I heard about Dr. Bell from my cousin and I went and I can honestly say I have never felt better. I have stopped taking over the counter meds to help with my stomach problems. I honestly never thought something so simple would be the answer to all my problems, but I have been eating literally everything and I have never felt better. The staff at Aspire are all incredible. I came here for the NAET treatments and at first I was very skeptical but I’m telling you it works! I used to not be able to eat gluten without violently vomiting and usually I would be in bed for days. After 8 or so treatments I am able to eat gluten without any digestive issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone with food allergies or sensitivities!

I was having problems with my shoulder to the point I could hardly use it just doing normal every day activities. Dr. Bell told me about ozone injections and how it could help. I decided to give them a try, I felt I had nothing to lose. I probably had to go about 5-6 times my shoulder was pretty messed up, but with ea. time I noticed a difference. I now have full function of my shoulder once again and experience no pain. For me these injections were a life saver and gave me full use of my shoulder once again.
