Quick, competent and efficient. Kira and delicia had me in and X-ray completed much quicker than I thought possible.

Mixed reviews, bathrooms are very dirty and appear that they are rarely cleaned, even with a morning appointment it was filthy. The dentist I saw on my first visit was very rude and short with me; I clearly explained that it takes a lot to "numb" me, however, he ignored me and began working on my teeth while I told him I could still feel everything. He didn't apologize until I complained to the dental assistants that his "bedside" manner was so unprofessional. I loved my oral surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Link, but since his medical episode, I believe he is no longer practicing at Aspen. When I recently asked about him, the dentist and assistant acted as though they had never heard of him.(?) I went to my local dentist for my six month check up and she found that my implant screw was loose, however, her drill bit was different than the one that Aspen uses. Dr. Kari Haganman's office called multiple times asking Aspen to share the name and number of the drill bit, but they refused. So I had to return to Aspen for another check up and the dentist was unable to locate the implant screw. Now I am waiting to see the oral surgeon on the rare day he comes to Aspen (once a month). I have been frustrated with their service.

First time cleaning after 39 years, Abby was really good with my cleaning, she was really nice and patient. Dr Vinnie was really nice too, I mean I was really satisfied after all and I love all the personnel that work at the Cedar Rapids office.

Visited the Office at Edgewood Rd in Cedar Rapids, IA. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the wait time was less than 5 minutes and the hygienist Abby was wonderful as always, providing great oral care advice and recommendations, truly showing that she cares and it's passionates for what she does. The Dr was awesome as well, she came right away and made sure I was well taken care off. Awesome job Aspen Dental CRew!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. My husband needed new dentures and we had moved here from Texas. Because he is retired and on medicare, we were somewhat limited in choices. We were given 3 options for dentures. We went with the low cost, no warranty, no free fixing plan because we had to pay it all upfront. Needless to say, in 9 months they have broken 3 times. We paid $50 each time we took them in. These broke eating TOAST. Not steak. Not hard candy. Toast. My husband does not abuse them or dropped them. They are just POOR QUALITY and have had POOR REPAIRS. There should be an expressed warranty on teeth less then 6 month or a year old. . Guess they need to make money some how when you don't choose the expensive dentures so they recoup it with all these $50 repairs. CRAZY!! If you are on fixed income and need dentures, stay FAR, FAR AWAY. It's a scam. You can have the nicest staff in the world, but when you have poor quality goods, it doesn't matter.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very welcoming and awesome. My initial appointment was great and I was told I needed two wisdom teeth removed, which I pretty much assumed. After the appointment is when the ball got dropped. I wasn’t given any information to prepare, there was like no consultation with what to expect or anything. So I went in pretty blind. After I woke up and was sent out immediately. So I was really disappointed with that. My wife had hers removed somewhere else and it was incredible. The only reason I sort of knew what to expect was because I picked her up and the nurse spent 30 min after explaining after care and such to me for her. I had to ask what medications I was being given, what meds they were putting in my iv. Nothing was being explained. Pretty disappointed.
