Aspen Dental

They didn't drill my root canal deep enough so I still have an uncomfortable feeling. One of my fillings has fallen out in under a year. Pretty darn expensive to end up with mediocre tooth care.

Best dental office I've ever been to! I was in horrible pain and needed an emergency tooth extraction and they were able to get me in right away. The dentist was so sweet and amazing. I have really bad anxiety and was being a big chicken and she was so patient with me. Even with the numbing shots she was very gentle. All the staff were so sweet. I believe her name was Star at the front desk. She was very helpful and great. Could not have had a better experience.

This office is a joke! They always act like you need to make a thousand appointments for one service. You can only get certain things done on certain days. They are hella unorganized. They always blame the computer. The staff in person was great, but the heffa that is calling you back to confirm the appointments is rude and NEVER knows what she is talking about! She needs to be retrained. This is the SECOND TIME I WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION FROM THE CHICK AND I USE THAT TERM LOOSLEY, THAT MAKES THE APPOINTMENTS. If you want to go to the dentist have an exam and get your teeth cleaned in one day. NEVER GO HERE!

Aspen Dental is the best! I can only speak to the one in Allen Park, MI. The staff is very warm and pleasant. I had a lot of dental work to get done so I saw many different dentist. While every doctor is different. I had a great experience with each one I saw (and I typically don't like doctors lol). The dental assistants were all amazing, but I had a particularly memorable experience with Mercedes very personable, upbeat and pleasant to work with. The dentist isn't anywhere near the top of my list of places to visit but if you must go, I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

receptionist does not know what a PPO card they turned me away essentially because they are not used to private insurance, I am a business owner not employee and that caused confusion. Doctor Cheeks tries but she is physically weak not enough strength to pull a tooth. I’ve had tooth pulled before and it took 5 minutes as oppose to Dr cheeks it took 45 agonizing minutes and she called for assistance which was more time … then guess what?? They pulled the tooth and that’s it no gauze, soaking pad or anything just goodbye… never again.
