Everyone is very friendly and patient with me.

They called to see if I could come in an hour early, so I did, but then I spent half an hour waiting. Might as well have come in at my originally scheduled time. Then I go through X-rays, this weird teeth scanning, and a million questions and more wait time for the doc to tell me I need braces (I’ve already had them and no other dentist has told me I need them again) and the hygienist to poke at my teeth but NOT clean them. My appt altogether was over 1.5 hours and I have nothing but frustration to show for it. It’s also not a conducive environment for neurodivergent people, because nothing the person who did my intake told me happened in the order they specified. and they would randomly play music on their computer while I was sitting in the chair waiting on help. PLEASE don’t come here and find a small practice instead.

$368.00 dollars per tooth extraction. 54 teeth in a person's mouth. Do the math! These kind of places need to close up their doors. The dentists should be shamed. They are no where near decent or caring individuals. Wake up, America! Time to stick it to these type of people! Let them starve for a change. There is more of us then them. It would only take one year of not patronizing these idiots. 😘 I may seem like a hateful person. But I love you all. I post negative things, so you will understand that the places I post against either change or close. Why? We all deserve better for our money. We work hard for it. Why give it to a bunch of clowns that do very little to obtain it?

I showed up early to my appointment with multiple people coming in after me saying either the same appointment time or later. They all were helped before me. I get sent back, late, and the girl doing my X-rays was very rude. Getting upset with me that my mouth/teeth hurt. Definitely will not be going back.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Pham today and I'm so glad he's my dentist. He did a delicate jewelry work on my front teeth. He's a real professional and has a very pleasant personality. I'm very grateful to all staff of Aspen Dental in Lindale mall especially Jody, Bella and Nastya.

Very friendly, nice environment, helpful. My anxiety level was through the top, but Aspen Dental got me an appointment to come in within 2 hours. They were through in the examination and help me figure out how I was going to pay for the procedures I needed. Thank you Aspen Dental
